DD3 What are you buying this week? 11/9-11/15

I appreciate the ad posting and the matchups, but I'm finding them a little hard to follow. Basically, I'm a slacker looking for inspiration

I will probably get the sargento shreds because I need cheese to try out a new casserole recipe that I picked up from my aunt. I also have a BOGO raincheck for bertolli sauce that would make for a good deal if I can combine it with the eVic pricing.

i think I am actually going to buy a turkey and dismember it this week for a few dinners. and then another one for turkey day

also I will scope out the natures bounty vits to see what is a good deal
and I need some shredded cheese too
the asparagus is too tempting to pass up, if it looks
    good
    and probably beans too

so far PP PB ( I really need this it's been on the list for 3 weeks), and OO juice, and market fresh soups (cause those are good!!), and no yolks I think are like a bag for .70. and Mrs T's maybe...

Peter Pan, Keebler Deluze Mint Creme cookies, Birds Eye Steamfresh Chef's Choice veggies, no yolks and maybe the turkey deal if I can work it out - but finding $40 worth of stuff will be difficult after SD's week.

I may just buy my turkey at WM this year, they have them for 74/lb no additional purchase needed, this week.

Still hoping for a decent deal on turkey breasts somewhere!

I want to get the turkey and I plan on using a $10 off $40 coupon so here is my plan:

    2 packs Johnsonville Chicken Sausage
    3 Perdue Chicken Nuggets
    2 Pillsbury Sweet Rolls
    2 Pillsbury Grands
    2 Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
    2 Colgate Toothpaste
    2 Dole Pineapples
    2 Sargento Shredded cheese
    2 Gortons Grilled Salmon
    2 Rhodes Rolls
    2 Sunsweet Prunes
    1 Talenti Gelato

If I did my math correctly my total without coupons will be $41.32 so I will be able to get a turkey for .47/lb. So my total after coupons applied will be $21.01 + 10lb turkey for $4.70 = 25.71. So I plan to add $15.00 of meat so I will have $40 to use my $10 off $40 coupon :-)

    I hope it works out!!

HELP Re: What are you buying this week? 11/9-11/15

Does any one have a clue as to how they total the $40, I know it is before coupons, but do they count the before vic pricing too? If so I figured it to where I should get about $42 worth of stuff for about $22. What worries me is the BOGO. The OS Cranberry sauce is BOGO, so if I get 4 will HT figure it as $4(the vic value) or $8(regular value)?

I do believe they count the sale prices, not the regular shelf price.

Stopped at a HT that is not my home one and was told that the total had to be $40 after coupons. I do not know how this can be the case because all Vic transactions would occur before coupons are taken off.

I got my turkey today after all coupons were used and my total was less than a dollar (used $13 in ECB's) - so I don't think they know what they're talking about at the store you were in

It would be on the price of the sale items, not regular shelf prices. And it's before coupons to hit the $40 total necessary to get the turkey at the sale price. It happens automatically when your items are rung in, once you hit $40, your turkey discount will kick in. THEN you hand over coupons
