The only thing I would wanna get is the milk. But im not even sure that I would get to harris teeter. I have to look and see if I have any other coupons worthy of a trip! The milk would be the only important thing to me. But hubbys due back from iraq literally any day now so well if i amiss a super doubles! This will be a first if I miss super doubles!

There is a HT in Lincolnton, but that store is NOT friendly and I don't need to deal with that with the mood I have been in lately.

I probably won't be going until later in the week so then it is a matter of just getting what they have in stock, though I don't see a whole lot that I want....

Great I just found out I have to be there at 8:30am...now I really can't shop tomorrow morning even if I needed too!
Jury duty the week of SD? How could they?
You should have tried to get out of it based on the hardship of shopping later in the day...

I hope it goes well for you and you don't have to serve. I got very lucky when I went-I was picked for a murder trial but I got kicked off by the defense attorney.
I had sanity once upon a time I promise . It was just so long agoooo that I can't remember it.

(MP3 player also keeps people from wanting to tell you all about extreme couponing show and wanting couponing lessons in the aisle . . because obviously I have all the time in the world since I had time to cut all those coupons and file them )

So if you see a lady dancing down the aisle in WS, say "hi" to me - and yes, I DO answer to Mystic Wench!
Hahahahah...I did this the last time I went to HT here in Burlington. I had my stepson with me and while he's an incredibly sweet and patient boy, he had to try REALLY hard not to roll his eyes while I was explaining to a newbie couponer that the EL everyone refers to is online, not where the sign in the store is. I'm sure I embarrassed him pretty good. Ahhh, teenagers.

Um, so yeah...I'm some sort of weird, anal retentive control freak. While I downright refuse to carry a binder (put me in with the ziploc baggie crew), I do have a spreadsheet that I print out before I go. It has all of my matchups on it, including EL / evic price, my coupon value, ZVRs, quantity I'm going to buy, total OOP, and price per item after all of my savings / q's are applied.

Go ahead, laugh - I know it's totally obsessive-compulsive so it won't hurt my feelings if you giggle.

I'm right there with you. No laughing here.

There are times when I know I am going overboard and need not be quite so anal . . . but I can't help it!!

I make my list -- in geographical order -- and have a few backup items listed on the bottom, should some deal or another not work or they are out of something, etc. And then I stress that I do not have enough backup items, because, gawd-forbid I wing it!

I plan on using some rainchecks. :)
    I'd like to use my $5 Stouffer's Lasagna with $1/1 Q, my 2/$4 Philly Cooking Creme with 1/1 Q, my B1G1 6-pack Sunmaid Raisins with $1/2 Q, Jello 2/$4 with $1/1 and 50¢/1 Qs ... that's all I can think of right now. :)
