I don't know, it's very odd, because usually the EL is updated by 2:30 in order to take orders for pick up the next day.

    Really strange

Nothing rockin' my boat this week except I'll pick up the whole Boston Butt roast @ $1.29 lb.

I've been on a huge cooking kick, cooking up all the meats in the freezer just about, then vacuum freezing portions to pull out for future dinners.

Now I just have to decide what I'm going to do with the Boston Butt

I'm going to do an apple flavored roast - not BBQ, have enough of that in the freezer already. Real simple and VERY tasty too!

about 3/4 apples sliced, peeled and cored, in the bottom of the crockpot.
1/4 cup of apple juice with 3 T of brown sugar mixed in and poured over the roast, might add a smidgen of ground ginger and allspice to that too.

Might even wedge up a sweet onion to throw over the roast before I pour in the liquid.

    Soooo tasty!
