My severe head cold prompted me to consider buying NyQuil this week despite it not being on sale. It's not a ridiculously great price, but a price worth considering as we head into cold/flu season if you're out:

There is a $3/2 Vicks products coupon expiring at the end of the month. The cheapest Vick's item in HT (mine, anyway) is a pack of cough drops for .89. Buying that frees up $2.11 toward the NyQuil, and then there is a $1 ZVR. So it looks like this:

NyQuil 6.99
Vicks Q-2.11 (using the .89 pack of cough drops as your second item)
ZVR - 1.00

NyQuil = 3.88 (and you get a pack of cough drops thrown in)

I keep checking for the ZVR to return so that I may do this with my remaining $3 coupon, but so far no go.
