Problems with Digital Coupons Loading!

Hi Everyone,
I have been unable to load ZVR coupons to my VIC card as well as digital coupons from Kroger. It's quite frustrating as its triple coupon week and there would be some great deals.

I've never had a problem with this until the last few days. I'm not sure what is happening. I don't believe that I changed any settings on my computer. Is there one company that manages digital coupons that may have disabled my access? HT told me to contact customer service, because they couldn't fix it on their end and that corporate would be more responsive to my request. I've sent an email but not received a response yet.

When I couldn't load any more onto my HT card - they wrote back and said the limit was 99 coupons (which I didn't know) and the Kroger limit is 150. Could that be the problem?

I had that problem too but when I purchased some products w/ evic coupons and these came off my que I was able to add some more, so there is a limit. But I couldn't figure out how to remove coupons I could do without so I could add others. Anyone know???

There is no way i have 99 on my card. sometimes it lets me load them sometimes it doesnt. Yesterday i was able to load one. It seems hit or miss for me on loading them to my vic card. Today i couldnt load any either.

You will see a button across the top of the evic coupons shown "My Saved Coupons", click that and then you can click "remove" under each one you don't want saved. Don't worry, if you change your mind, you can reload it in the future if it has not expired.

I've had to do a lot of shuffling since they have so many offers right now. I see one I need, try to add it and it fails. So I go remove one, and then I'm able to.
I do have exactly 99 loaded.

Good to know! I've been having trouble loading them too, but had no clue there was a limit!!
