    QUESTION ZVR question

I can log into my account. However I can't add the zvr's or go past page 1. I have accepted the link but nothing happens. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Are you trying to access the ZVR through the link in the email? That automatically signs you in and should work. In fact, I know of no other way to get to the ZVR's than through the link in HT emails.

If not, contact HT through their phone number 1-800-432-6111 or use the contact us message option on the site.

No I had been going onto HT website. I honestly never noticed a link in the e-mail.

And I've never been able to find a link once signed in on the website that would allow me to upload ZVR's. Isn't that strange?

Its actually a pain from the website. I'll have to pay more attention to my email from now on.

Yep - I tried one day just because I was determined to find it.
    Never found it!

Is anyone else having trouble with the HT site today?

There are a bunch of new ZVRs for me to load, and I can't get it to do it. I get a red error message saying, "Failed to load coupon at this time. Please try again later."

I hope to get these loaded by my next trip tomorrow.

    Thanks.

Did you check to see if you have too many loaded? I loaded mine last night so i can't answer if it is system wide or just a select few.

    Ugh. Is that possible??

    Is there a limit??

I am off to research this . . . I've never run into this problem before, but it is not saying anything like that, it is telling me to "try again later." It has been over 5 hours.

They limit the # of coupons on a card. Right now they have more than ever. If you click on "my saved coupons" at the top of the page and them remove some, you should be able to go back and add more.
