My son had asked if I would buy these on Thursday....I am on a *no buying cookies* thing...but I have to say if I bought these I wouldn't have to eat the dough of the cookies that I make (it must be tested) for a week or two....hhuum....I can resist cookies that are sealed...mostly...

It is because they are buy one get one free, and the Saturday special...I wonder if it is that he person programing the special doesn't realize that they are bogo or what...
So they are $6.49 regular price,
so they are bogo ($6.49/2 =$3.24)
then they deduct the $4.72 ($6.49-4.72=1.77)

Then the second purchase they actually have it right and that is how it should be.
    $6.49 regular price,
    bogo ($6.49/2 =$3.24)
    saturday evic ($3.24-1.77=$1.47)

It definitely is a programing error...

I got different results (but still a good deal)

    2 Chips Ahoy $6.49 x 2

    - eVIC 4.72
    - VIC Bogo 6.49

    Total $1.77 for 2 .. $1.81 with Tax

I sent my kids up with knowledge of the deal, let's see what they come back with. This way I still don't buy the cookies my kids are forced too.

They must have fixed it. Mine rang up right:

    Oreo Tray - $6.49
    -3.25
    -1.47
    = $1.77 each
    x2

I used $1/ Nabisco wyb milk and a $0.50/1 Nabisco Tray pack, Target catalina (started with a 5, so doubled).

I bought two different Oreo varieties which might have something to do with it. It rang up 50% off where if I bought the same ones it would have been full price and free.
