Coke B2G3 when you have Free 12 pack coupon?

I have a Coke rewards coupon for a free 12-pack of Coke. With this week's sale of B2G3 would I be able to use the coupon on the 2nd one I'm buying or how would this work?
The coupon is only up to $4.99 and considering they are $6.39 at my HT I would still be paying $1.40 for one of the 2 12 packs I'm buying.

Just never used a free coupon on a B2G3 so want to make sure I do it right.

You are correct.
The math would look like this:
12.78 (2) 12 pks
0.00 (3) free
-4.99 coupon
=7.79/5 or 1.56 each
