New barcode coupons not scanning & not doubling?

I used 14 coupons today,they all scanned with no problem BUT only 10 doubled. I took them to customer service and the ones were pulled out that said "do not double" two of them were .75/1 and they did double. Then they told me it was the Jimmy Dean Sausage crumbles coupon,but I had used 9 in 3 other trips and they all doubled. The only assistant manager that I don't like was on duty and he had no clue what happened. He said he'd have to call coperate and get back to me,but they were backed up!! I told him to put my name on the list. If the manager had been there I would have gotten my $4 back then with no problem. I really dislike that little dweeb!!

Forgive me if this was already covered...But it has been my experience that when a coupon is manually entered the doubling is automatic. I believe if it is entered and a manu. q. the register always doubles it....

That has been my experience so I have never had to get them to manually double it. Anyone else see this?

the peelie on the sergento cheese did this. some of the old .75/1 dont but the new ones on the cheese do... pita!!!!!
