why don't they hire someone that goes thru the coupon to see which items fly off the shelves first that way they can order more of that item
    Do not wish for that.

We'll have more good deals if they have no earthly idea what coupons we have.
If they know what coupons we have the shelves might be empty or sparsely stocked, before they even open at 12:01am on Wednesday.

    -------------

I have gone into HT and other stores and I see items and there are only 6-8 on the shelf. Not because they knew I was headed there with coupons, but because there were so many varieties there was not much room for 2-3 rows of each. Also, they are all carrying their store brands and they take up room on the shelf.

Someone said they were thankful that HT has SD's. Well, there is a thread that implies SD's is over. They might do it once a year but the report from a HT employee was not encouraging.

Since Bloom was the only chain having SD's, I guess HT looks around at Bi-Lo, Lowes, and Bloom, and maybe though "well, they all stopped SD's and triples," maybe we should too.

Howard...that was pertaining to triples at the hickory store (surprise an employee got it wrong!)....The employees are last to know about a lot of things. I wouldn't ever believe 100% what these people say. Most times they are clueless.
