need help getting 2 Evic cpns & what time tonight do they send the e-mail?

I tried to call Harris Teeter CS and get a recording.
I sent a message and no reply.

I can not access my HT Evic coupons.
If I wait until I get the e-mail "tomorrow" I might be able to get in.

I go to login and enter my e-mail address. But, I forgot my password.
It ask me 5 secret questions. I do not remember choosing any of those questions.
I give, what I know to be the answer to each of those questions, one by one. In each case it tells me I have given the wrong answer.

I tried to join again and it says my e-mail address is already assigned to another account. So, I can not get a new Vic card to access Vic coupons.
I try to find a way to login using my Vic card number and that fails too.

I need to get a couple Evic coupons so I can go to my store 7am tomorrow.

What time do they send the e-mail out on Tuesday night or Wednesday morning?
Can anyone confirm that I can login from that e-mail without my password?

Any ideas?

I can always access the evic q's through the email without providing a password so give it a shot. I don't always get the emailsbefore 7am, sometimes it is 8 or 9.

Then I am stuck.
I'll have to make a second trip later in the week, for the Evic coupons.

I have to be there at 7am for a few other coupons.

Maybe, I'll get lucky and the e-mail will be in my mail box by 6:45am.

What I do not understand is that I am entering the correct e-mail address. Then it brings up 5 different questions. Ex: what is your favorite color? etc.
The 5 questions they pose to me are not correct. One wants to know the name of my 3rd grade teacher, the name of my 2nd pet, the name of the city of my first job, John's middle name, etc.
These are not the type questions I would choose to be my security question. I do not know where they are getting those. I gave the correct answer for the pet and the city of my first job, but I do not know a John and sure do not remember the name of my 3rd grade teacher.

Their CS online and by phone is all automated and delayed, no telling how many days until I hear from them. Maybe the day after the sale ends.

I think the managers have the software at the customer service desk to see which ecoupons have been assigned to that card. They can look it up for you and give you credit for those coupons.

And I got the weekly e-mail from Bloom and Food Lion, but no HT e-mail, yet.

Do you have last weeks email that you can access the q's through? I keep the old email as the q's come out randomly through the week and I want to see what is new. I have hadthat happen where i cannot login-is your card and/or the evic coupons new for you? That was the only time I had an issue, it took several weeks for it to all come together so I could login and such.

ETA I just got my email so check for yours!

Skillet implies a breakfast item.
My frozen food person could not find it.

It did not load on my card any way. I'm a non targeted customer.
