Meal Deal Question?

I have a friend who asked me this, and before I give her wrong information, I thought I would ask those who know...

It says limit 1 per "transaction", does that mean she could go another day and get the deal, or is limit to one per vic card. I thought it was the latter, then I read in the flyer, 1PT?

Technically, it means she can do as many transactions as she wants.
If it were a limit of one per customer, then it would more likely be connected to the VIC card with a strict limit of one.
