    QUESTION ZVR Question

I have not signed up for ZVR yet. Problem is, I have had 2 cards for YEARS, one for me and one for DH (that he had before we were together) so I have no clue which is which or what number or even if mine was in my former married name or maiden name (I DO NOT USE THEM BOTH AS I RARELY SHOP AT HT ANYMORE DUE TO EC.......AND I HAVE NOT USED THEM EVER IN SAME WEEK).

Can I reset my name on *my* card and how do I find out which one was mine?

You could take your evic cards to any CS counter and have them scan it and tell you what name it's attached to. Explain to them what the problem is and they'll help you sort it out and even set it up.

Then you'll be able to sign up and load the ZVR coupons.

I have found the zvrs are set by the cookies on computer not by number so whatever computer you set the zvr acct up on is going to be the card it will be tied too from then on.

agree might as well just use 1 because of that problem with the cookies on the computer you can only view 1 card's ecoupons. You can set up this on your computer just need to set up an acct and link it to your card #

    Hi all,

Thanks in advance for the help.. I contacted HT customer service for help getting all my cards right. I had cards for my husband now and prior to marriage, me now and prior to marriage..then also had an extra one..that my mom uses when she is visiting. I had all these cards.. I just told the gentleman on the phone, I was trying to link my cards to my ZVR acct..setting it up and all..and was confused on what card belonged to who.. So we figured it out.. he told me to cut up the old cards we don't use anymore and just link the ones we do.. he asked me for my mom's first name.. because he saw I had the same last name on my card..never changed it..guess I just changed addresses..at any rate..we are all set.. Now only I can use the ZVR right? my husband can't use it on his..even if he set up an account on his laptop? and also, I can't seem to get all the ZVR coupons to print out that I have clicked 'save it' on.. is there a limit? it's hard to figure out what you are looking for in the store if you don't have specifics such as razors types or sizes..etc... okay thnx..JOY

To see a list of your ZVR Q's click View your shopping list and then print. It prints a very simple list of all the Q's that you have saved on your card. I think the VIC cards are supposed to be one per household so you could probably get your husband's card to work separately from yours but I don't think that is how the program is supposed to work KWIM?
