Its a E-VIC coupon,they change them often,need to check everyweek to see what may be of use to you. Yes I can/did use one $1 coupon on the one I bought,it wasn't free so I could use it,then I used the BOGO coupon. I'm surprised this is questioned as this deal was on a few weeks ago too.

HT has Aussie shampoo and conditioner 2 for $5. Using the $1/1 and $3/1 makes each $0.50!
