Default BOGO and IP coupon questions

I just read the updated policy, and I may have overlooked it but I didn't see a part about BOGO. There's a BOGO sale for tomorrow on sugar, and I have a q for .75/2. Can I do the BOGO and physically have two in my cart, and use the .75/2 on the one I'm purchasing and the one I'm getting free? Also, I want to make sure I understand clearly about the internet coupons. They accept them, but can only take two LIKE internet coupons versus three LIKE regular coupons out of the newspaper, right?

you are correct, you can use 2 Like internet and 3 Like regular. Also your $.75/2 will work on BOGO.

Yes, it's confirmed, the sugar is $2.99. I went there last night and my store too has changed it to $2.99.

The recent policy change was on the acceptance of coupons on BOGO items. The OLD policy said only one coupon could be used on BOGO purchase but that has been removed, you may now use two coupons on BOGO deals, providing of course that the coupons are meant on 'one' product for each part of the BOGO deal.

The reason for the change was the confusion caused by the way the BOGO items rang up. They always ring up half price, therefore, the "free" isn't really free as you can buy one and get it at half price.

So corporate eliminated the "only one coupon on BOGO" stipulation because each item rings in at half price

Your 75/2 would have always applied, even under the old policy since it was considered 'one' coupon. But had you a coupon, let's say, of 75/1 you could have used two on that BOGO deal.

    Hope that helps
