P&G $10 WYB $30 Prepaid Card MIR

The details of the P&G promo as printed in my HT flyer:

Purchase $30 worth of P&G participating products in one transaction and receive a $10 prepaid card by mail. Must be purchased from participating store. Original dated receipt must be included. One per household. Offer good through 5/17/2011. See form for additional details or call customer service at 877-869-6599.

Then there is a whole page of P&G items. The Charmin I bought isnt pictured but on the bottom of the page it states:

I think the oral b toothbrush q is for $1.50 instead of $1 so you would be out a little less.

Also, express lane is only giving me a price for fusion proglide refills, then prices on regular fusion razors. Does HT carry fusion proglide?

2. HT actually carrying fusion proglide razors and fixodent cleanser. I KNOW they had the fixodent last week, because I got one for free during SD, but now it's not coming up in express lane.
