P&G $10 WYB $30 Prepaid Card MIR

I would actually be really surprised if they required $30 after coupons. I've done at least a dozen P&G rebates, and they've never required a total to be post-coupon. Especially when the ad lists all the extra savings you can get with coupons. It's possible that the register is simply not programmed to recognize the pre-coupon total.

When I spoke to the lady at P&G just now, she claimed that there was no form for the Harris Teeter offer. It clearly states in the ad that you need one, but...whatever, as long as they honor my rebate.

I meant to post this earlier but forgot! I shopped on 5/7 and my P&G form did print out! I bought:

Bounty 8 Roll
Mr. Clean Magic Eraser
2 Gillette Sensitve Plus
Tide Detergent
Oral B Toothbrush

Used paper qs and ZVR on everything. The cashier did say that it was the first rebate form she had seen.

mine didn't print today but I am going to try it anyways. there is clearly $30+ of p&g products on my receipt.
