ha just to let you know it pays to complain just got a call from the store manager first he tried to tell me I couldn't combine a manq with the ecoupon and said if you look at your own harris teeter policy it says you can. anyhow they are sending me a little something extra. I can only assume a gift card

This tells me that the evic coupons are "manufacturer coupons," not Harris Teeter store coupons and thus cannot be stacked as their coupon policy you can view here Harris Teeter - Coupon Policy states:
    • We accept only one manufacturer coupon per purchased item.
Allthis makes me think that the ZVR coupons aren't worth it especially if you have a paper manufacturer Q that will double! I hope this helps you feel better, at least that you weren't shorted. And you helped me understand it better and hopefully some others too.
Actually its the opposite. You can use a paperless coupon and a paper coupon together. Click link here. It answers all your questions about evic coupons.

The link from Brandy is perfect - it has the pages that I printed out, highlighted, and showed to the white shirt at the CS desk. I've never been one to carry a copy of coupon policies with me, but looks like I'm gonna do so from here on in. Bleh.

Has this been clarified? Because ZVR's ARE ARE ARE stackable with MFR coupons. It's stated expressly in the ZVR FAQ:

Can I use a paperless coupon and a paper coupon for the same item?
Yes, you can combine paper and electronic coupons.

Can e-VIC Coupons be combined with regular VIC card specials?
    Absolutely.

ETA: I see it's been clarified. I have taken to carrying a copy of the coupon policy and the e-vic coupon policy with me when I go to the store. I've never had a problem but I am not very good at standing up for myself so it helps me if I have something concrete to point to.

ZVR are the electronic coupons you load onto your VIC card
