is triples at HT now a dead trade?

I have a coupon that expires March 31st. It will double and I do have a sale in place on this item until Feb. 22nd..

What is everyone's opinion about whether HT will have triples before March 31st, or "never again" and I should just go ahead and let it double.

I don't think they will have triples again personally. They haven't in almost a year.

I'll trade you one week of Super Double for one week of triples....We're on week 6, maybe 7 of triples in Delaware. It's great , but to be honest I want SD for stuff like the 7th Generation, RedBaron, MrsT's Perogies...etc....etc... I think were doin triples for several more weeks....get a gang and do a road trip....

I agree---I think they will never do triples again. With triples there are actually a lot of items you can get for free. Seems to me that is not the case with SD. Sure hope I am wrong, but sadly, I don't think so.

I too, think we will never see triples again unless one of the stores in our are start tripling. I guess HT has reviewed the Triples vs SD numbers and SD brings in store traffic and is better profit wise.
Bummer, because I loved triples but regular doubles and SD aren't too shabby either!

Well, it's not completely dead because Hickory and the DE stores are getting it, but it doesn't seem to be chain wide. Here's hoping Lowes Foods will try and stir the pot and offer triples or that when Publix comes to my market, HT will do this as a competitive response. Fingers crossed.

I will say that Super Doubles has grown on me, and I'll take anything they offer. Beggars can't be choosers.

I agree!! Where I used to the live the grocery stores that doubled only did so up to $.40! I save so much more money now that we live in the land of HT even with normal everyday doubles. I'd love a triples event, but I'd rather have super doubles than nothing.

I wish they would do triples but they haven't done them in so long i doubt they will be doing it any time soon.

I don't have high hopes of seeing triples again but sure would love to!
