In my SS this morning, there's a .55 off any Tostitos and a .55 off any Tostitos salsa...and they're BOGO this week!!!

Okay, now I have to ask (and sorry for thread jacking here), but what recipes do you use for your homemade panacakes? The closest I've ever come was some that were made with Bisquick (mom's version of homemade).

Mine is from the original Betty Crocker cookbook that I think is out of print now. It looks very similar to these others but the measurements are a little different.

1 1/4 cup buttermilk
1 egg
2 T oil (sometimes I sub applesauce for a healthier version)
1 T sugar
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Use a whisk to blend
Pour onto hot griddle and flip when bubbles start to form.

With all this pancake talk-As soon as I get my grocery money for Feb, I am buying maple syrup (I am COMPLETELY OUT!) some buttermilk for the last time (look at this) and I am making me some pancakes!

This may have been a typo error. (?)

My HT did not have the singles on sale for B1G1, only the pan, which made my coupons for the singles, no good.
And the singles are not shown in the weekly ad, or on their website.
