FREE e-vic items. What you've got?

I am just curious what others are getting (if anything) as their Free (without qs) e-vic items. In the past I got free baked goodies from Starbucks, НТ pirogies, Sorbet. I am getting something about every second week.
This week with a weekly email specials email I got a Free 32 oz. Lifeway Kefir (4.99 value, limit 1).

What about you? How often you get free items?

I seem to get them about every other week.
Last week I got a free half gallon of HT chocolate milk.
I too have gotten the perogies and the free Starbuck coffee cake and I SB cookie.

I get the e-mail with a few of the specials and a link to the weekly ad. Then I get the e-vic specials e-mail.

Never gotten an free items.
Do I need to sign up for that?

I got catalinas for those but not an Evic.

I have never gotten any free E-vics either? Mine are always an e-mail with 3 "deals" but never a free. I wonder if they are in select markets?

I think it has to do with how often you use your card or how much you usually spend at the store. I have lived in NC and now I live in VA and I never got any frees in either location.

other than the email on Wed. with the link to the ad and a look at a few items on sale.....

Below is the only other thing I get. Freebies would be nice. Only getting those now using a competitor's survey. If it is based on $$$ spent, I won't be getting any frees from HT.
