FREE e-vic items. What you've got?

I think I got something free in the past but don't remember what! I have recently gotten free goodies from Starbucks,coffee cake,cookies etc. A friend gave me a Starbucks g/c for my birthday which I use at HT so I think that is how I get the free goodies there.

I've never gotten any frees either.

I have sent HT an inquiry. I merely said, some E-VIC customers get free items by e-mail and some do not. Can you please tell me the qualification or requirements that distinguish between the HT E-VIC members that do, or do not, get such e-mails or promotional offers?

I felt like saying, well thanks for SD's that ended yesterday, when is the next one? (But, I didn't)

the ones receiving free items have not been clearly clear on why they get them, so I asked HT and they will respond soon.

Here is the answer. It's not what I hoped to hear but maybe it's fair. The key word seems to be "entitled".

We do send out mailers from time to time, but they are not always targeted to the same customers or same demographic areas. Therefore, there is not a standard coupon mailing list. 90% of our mailers are sent to our top customers; some are targeted to customers based on what they purchase and some are sent to customers who have not used their VIC card to entice them to shop with us. Often, manufacturers will provide rewards to send to customers who purchase their products. At times, we purchases mail lists from other retailers and will send coupons to encourage them to visit our stores.

I've made sure that your address is correct in our customer database so that we can ensure that you receive any future mailers you're entitled to.
