Butterball Turkey Bacon 12 oz E-Vic Savings Alert

I had an email from HT saying the Butterball Turkey Bacon, regularly $2.99, was $0.99 11/5-11/9 so I bought some today. Once I got back to the car I realized that it was full price on the reciept.

I had the kids with me so I didn't go back in the store for a refund. I wrote HT to ask about it. Any body else get this email and try to get the bacon?

usually evic specials are a small limit, and this one was probably a limit of one. so if you got more than that, then you did pay full price for them.

Same thing happened to me. Got the E-Vic email for .99 and bought just one, but the discount didn't come off. First time I've ever had issues with E-Vic.

I did use a .75 printable coupon off of SS which means I only paid $1.49 ($2.99 less $1.50 doubled), but it should have been free with the E-Vic.

Don't know if I want to waste my time going after $1.49, but let me know what HT responds to you.

I got the Butterball, used a .75 Ip and paid nothing. So it did work for me.

I got the bacon (only one) and it rang up $2.99. Fortunately I caught it in the parking lot. I went to customer service and they adjusted it. I used a 35 cent peelie (doubled) which made it 30 cents!!

I plan on getting this. Guess ill have to watch the register! Good to know. I prob woulda missed it had i picked up the bacon tonight but i wasnt 100% certain what kind the evic was for and i wasnt in the mood to deal with it.

I wonder why it is registering correctly with some and not with others? Not put in the system correctly at certain stores?...

I haven't heard back from HT yet. I will keep you all posted.

I had to stop at HT yesterday to see if they had any Pills Crescent rolls and Buitoni in stock yet (still a big fat no) so I brought my reciept up to CS. They verified that the bacon did ring up incorrectly and gave me the full price of the item since it was their mistake.
