HT $20 GM Promo alert

Today, at 9 am I got Pillsbury and Lara bars (apple), spend $23 before Qs for GM, about $14 after Qs for GM, total purchase $24 in cash (got other items). Catalina didn't print.

Went to CS, manager pulled and showed me an email to all HT stores that was an answer from HT corp to one of the store's requests about catalina not printing. It states, not exact words but very similar: ' Please make sure that customers understand that $20 should be spend after coupons'. Again I can't remember if $20 after Qs should be for the total purchase or just for GM promo items.

I know that many of you and me (yesterday, for example) didn't spend 20 after Qs and catalina worked fine. At the same time, maybe they 'fixed' it and this is no longer the case.

I got my $20 cash b/c I actually spend over $20 total.

What everybody's experience today?

I did it yesterday and my gm after coupons woulda been under 20. I paid 33 all together but i was getting dog food and other things. All my catalinas printed fine.

I read on another board that the following flavors of Larabars are not working for the deal:

Peanut Butter Cookie
Key Lime Pie
Apple Pie

I'm guessing you bought apple pie? There are TONS of posts from people on other forums who sucessfully did this deal today regardless of their post-coupon total, so whoever wrote that email is misinformed. (I haven't had a chance to get there yet myself - hope there's some stock left!).

Just wanted to warn everybody that with this email to TH stores they may not get their $20 from CS unless they actually spend $20.


btw I got these lara bars incl apple pie a few days ago and catalina printed at another HT store - so really confusing.

My first purchase was under $20 after coupons (but over $20 in participating products before coupons), and my catalinas printed. My purchase yesterday had other items, and was over $20 after coupons. No catalinas. Today's purchase was under $20 after coupons, no catalinas.

I really don't understand why my cats are not printing when I'm getting the correct items, and the totals before coupons are $20+. Others are getting cats when the totals are under $20 after coupons. It makes no sense!! I'm really frustrated with this. The store manager has my name and info that she sent to corporate, and if they try to tell me I can't get my cats I will be returning everything.

I did a transaction this morning .. $10 after Q's ..still printed all the CATs

Betty Crocker Cake Mix, Frosting and Muffin Mix
Green Giant Veggies

I was worried when I went last night to HT to do this deal (first time). Worried b/c of the many problems I've read on HCW, and AFC, that others are experiencing.

I bought:
(4) BC frosting (3 whipped/1 non whipped)
(1) BC cake mix (butter pecan)
(2) Splitz yogurts
(6) YoPlus yogurts
(3) BC muffin mixes (choc chip/banana nut/blueberry)

To my amazement, ALL cats printed successfully. Got the (4) cats for this deal and also the $3 OYNSO for frosting. Total for me was $10.xx (but that was for other stuff not just what I listed here).
