They have had excellent customer service during super doubles and have actually been quite well stocked so i left an email to them to letting them know how wonderful theyve been and i got an email back.

I had the pleasure of having the store mgr check me out yesterday and told him how superb at customer service every single employee exhibits, not only daily but even during the special coupon events. Also had a chance to mention it to one of his asst. mgrs three days earlier.
I make sure all the employees hear my praise though, not just during these special coupon events but everytime I'm there. I truly am impressed with HT and it saddens me to read posts where some HT employees elsewhere are such royal do-do birdsOverall no one touches HT on their level of service, cleanliness in the store and being stocked or gladly and profusely offering rainchecks or substitutes at the sale prices

Yep, this is the 4the triples/doubles that I have praised my HT too and I always mention the manager by name. I get back that same stock email every time but that doesn't bother me, I just want them to know that people appreciate the couponing events.![]()

thanks for the reminder! I just praised all 3 of my area stores and when I head back to make todays SD trip, I will make note of my fav cashier and praise her also :)
I don't know if it still the case, but it used to be that if you wrote HT and mentioned an employee by name, that employee got a $5 gift card. I've done that several times.
