She is hostile and obnoxious. The worst customer service I've had in a grocery store. She analyzes every little inch on every coupon and tries her best to find a way to exclude them, rolling her eyes, frowning, and making huffy noises the whole time. Yesterday she rejected 10 of my coupons, telling me I had cut them out wrong! I asked for the store manager, who promptly accepted my coupons. Today she glared at me and came to the register where I was checking out and proceeded to pick up all the coupons the cashier had just scanned and analyze them! Ugh!

The whole experience made me anxious and stressed. I called corporate to complain, which I have never done before.

I will not go back to that HT. (At least not during the day. )
If you were at the Bristow store you may have come in during or after this This

Likely they have encountered someone like this This
I have no doubt why these people are angry. They feel as if they are being taken advantage of. I agree. Anyone who makes copies of Bricks Qs get what they ask for.

Cutting outside the lines is a bit over the edge.... and there is no excuse for hostility.

sorry for your B***** manager. Glad the SM is good though!

SO true! I wonder how the Brentwood store can stay in business. My DH went with me and was stunned at how rudely I was treated (I wasn't trying to do anything unusual or "fishy" - just trying to redeem regular MF Q's). He's very easy-going, but he said he would complain about being treated like that and couldn't figure out why I didn't. Just another day at the Brentwood HT for me - I honestly didn't notice anything out of the ordinary, because they are rude every time I go. Thank goodness for the awesome Publix five minutes from them!

Since my 6 year old cuts out my IPs, I doubt she'd like how my Qs are cut either

I DID see a lady cutting Qs on my first day SDs. I think she might have been a bit loony. She had a grocery cart full, was mumbling to herself, and had all her inserts intact flipping through them, pages flying about, and a HUGE pair of scissors. I felt like handing her my pre-cut Qs just to eliminate the stress I was feeling watching her

I'm sorry you have a hard time with your HT. The two I go to are very nice. I try not to have problems, but things don't always ring up right and I can't always tell it until I look at the receipt. I bought and e-Vic special and when I got home I noticed I was charge $2.50 more than what it said I should have been charged. I double and triple checked what I had bought and for sure it was their error. They gave me my money back the next time I came in, no problems.

I did go to a HT in another city once and when the Keebler deal didn't go through she asked me if I had already done the deal, which I had not. It felt a little accusatory and I wanted to ask her if there was some way she could scan my card and see that I hadn't been anywhere else with it doing that deal. It made me feel really uncomfortable.
