If I have a $1.50 upromise coupon for grande chips and have a $.75 MQ and they are on vic special for $2.50 doesn't that make them free?

Would be nice if they were! I should have read the date last time i was there! But i only have the $1 coupons. But if able to get those and use the 1.50 that adds up in the upromise! Im only at 2.44 but i just joined upromise in june.
