It worked for me tonight and I plan on doing it again Saturday.

OK, the catalina coupon did not print for me tonight. I bought 3 breakstones and 2 deli deluxe. Unfortunately, I did not realise this until , I got home. The cashier handed me some catalina coupons with my receipt and I just assumed the kraft one was one of them.
Does anybody have the catalina company customer service number/email?
Is there hope to get the $5 ONYO or should I just forget about it?

From mr. Joh bobby wright I used it like week didn't get my caprisun from food lion and it worked and I used it again this week for the kraft deal and got confirmation I should receive my $5 catalina next week.

For those of you that aren't receiving your CAT, try this:

The email address is
NCSC(at)catalinamarketing(dot)com

Send them an email with
-Store name and address
-time you were there
-what you bought
-your name and address

I also like to include that line right below "coupons Tendered" that has the date, time, store number, aisle number, cashier number and transaction number. Looks like this

I've tried this before when a CAT didn't print at Bi-lo a couple weeks ago and I received my CAT in the mail within the week.
