QUESTION Help reading a raincheck

I got rainchecks on a few items. On the angel soft its n sale 5 for $5 she wrote that but wrote 3 offers. What does that mean. i can only get 3 TP or 15? she wrote limit 3 offers on some other stuff like the soft scrub total kitchen that is 2 for $6 and the planters big nut bars 2 for $5 and the honey mustard 2 for $4. I dnt know what that means. if its 3 of the product or what?

I believe the new system is that each raincheck is now only supposed to be written for 3 items instead of the 6 it used to be. So you should be able to get (3) packs of the Angel Soft as well as your other items. HTH!

Have someone else go with you and have them get you extra rainchecks. My aunt used to do this for all the time.

It was explained to me that would mean 3 sets...or 15 items. The limit of 3 is for how many offers...if the sale is for an individual item, only 3 total items. If the sale is for 2 items (such as 2/$4), then you could get 6 total (3 sets of two). I hope that makes sense!

thats what it looked like. from the angel soft. because they are 5 for $5 it wouldnt make sense to only be able to get 3 ya know. what happens if you dont get it all in that one trip. do u ask for the raincheck at the register for the remainder? since they take your raincheck or what? i havent actually used a raincheck before.

I've always found that only 3 makes sense anyway since they will only double 3 coupons per transaction anyway.

this is how it was explained to me. for the mystic pizzas during last SDs I got rainchecks for 9 pizzas (deal was $3/$9 i think). and this was at the nit-pickiest store i go to. i even questioned her on it b/c i didn't need it to be for that many. she said they had misunderstood the policy when they used to write them for 3 items; it really should be 3 deals.

I asked a store once...they said it's a "use it or lose it" policy (not those words). I figure have it written for max, since you never know if you might use $1.00 coupons later or what. Can't hurt...you can always just buy less. :)

meh i guess thats fine. I have rainchecks written three different ways. some say 3 offers some say 3 deals and some just say 3! lol they should all get together and write them all the same!
