Had an awful cashier. First she counted and checked all the coupons for DND (had none). Then told me I couldn't buy 4 Reynolds identical items with coupons. I explained they were not 4 identical items, that two were regular and two were non-stick, and that even the coupons for each were different. Next, she had a problem with the three Kahiki items since they are BOGO. I told her I wasn't using a second coupon on any free item since all three items were totally different and even had different prices. Finally, (and laughably), she told me I couldn't use the Turkey Hill coupon since it said for "2 half gallons". I told her to read the coupon, and that it says "2 half gallons or larger". At that point she finally gave up and just scanned the rest (no beepers at all). However, it took like 10 minutes to check out when it should have taken less than half that. Luckily the store was mostly empty, so I didn't hold other people up.

The kicker is I received one of those on-line survey forms with my receipt. I'll probably just let it go, but I am so tempted to complain about the unnecessary aggravation, especially when you carefully follow all their rules.

I wasn't even excited about SDs, but figured I might as well and go get what I had coupons for. It was 105 degrees today with the heat index and the car has no AC, so it is hard to go anywhere. I'm glad I did, though. Those Ewards Key lime pies are so good and you get 2 servings in the box. I used to work at a gourmet restaurant and I swear they taste just as good!

I think that I bring my kids to HT to much. they are playing grocery store currently. My son is ringing my daughter up but hes doing the HT customer service and thanking her for shopping at harris teeter and even brought her "stuff" to her "car" for her lol.

I stocked up on the RO*TEL and Muir diced tomatoes and pizza. And yogurt, tons of yogurt. And ice cream! My daughter was home from college, (newly engaged) so we went shopping together. She figured she might as well get practice now for when she's married. LOL (and with 20 coupons each - there's no more room in the freezer, so I have to stick to canned goods the rest of the sale)

My freezer is jammed full too! mostly ive gotten yogurts and snacks for the kids. And foil and cleaners. Plenty to drink too! Ive brought my father in law with me before. But it was me getting the coupons and making the list. he follows the list hands the coupons over and pays. Gah if my sister lived here man id be taking her out and getting her hooked!
