Harris Teeter ~ Question: HT - Can you combine a peelie and a man coupon?

I don't see this addressed in their policy... Some items the other day had peelies on them, but not all. I chose one without the peelie since my manufacturer coupon was a better deal than the peelie and I didn't feel like standing in line to ask CS.

Could I have used the peelie AND man coupon combined for the item?

Peelies are manufacturer coupons so they can not be combined with other manufacturer coupons.
