I just saw this information on Harris Teeter's facebook and wanted to pass it along...

The ribbon cutting ceremony starts at 5:30pm; the Taste of Teeter event will follow the ribbon cutting and ends at 8pm.

ALSO....there's ANOTHER store that will open in June...I think the 23rd. Which is insane because there's already going to be 3 in Mount Pleasant alone..

Sometimes, they keep extra copies of home mailer coupons at the customer service desk. You might want to stop by and explain that a friend got them and ask if they have any extras.

Hi, "y'all"--

Have fun at your new store. Don't forget if you have a new or refilled Rx, to get it filled at your new store's Grand Opening. They offer a $20 credit on your VIC Card and you can use it for Super Doubles tomorrow or the rest of the week.

Just remember to swipe your VIC FIRST for the $20 credit to come off and then your coupon "deals", etc. For more info, see my post called "Grand Opening...New HT Fairfax, VA Store..." on HT's forum. You can collect alot of $20 credits--just remember to scan your VIC card once at a time or ALL your credit will come off at once (unless you decide you it all at once). Credit is usually good for 2 months. So "roll" your $20 Rx credits.

Info and flyers can be picked up at your new store's pharmacy.

Picked up a paper that says I can get $10 off $50 if I use the Express Lane online...I've never used it before. You can't use coupons on that stuff can you?

You can use coupons. Normally, they charge your credit card for the full amount and then issue a credit later for your coupons.

So sory I didn't see this thread earlier. I would have urged you to go to the dinner for friends and family the night before the opening. When our local HT opened we were invited, had a nice family dinner (for 12), the grand prize in their drawing, plus about $200 of leftover cooked chicken which went straight into the freezer. They had so much leftover they just kept saying "take more, take as much as you want"! So we did!
