See, this kind of policy mumbo jumbo depending on who you talk to at what store makes me a crazy person!
Maybe it's time to contact corporate and get it straight from the horse's mouth
After this rush is over, I will because I want it in writing, I want them to email me the policy on 24 hrs and a few other things that are not making sense. But I'll have to sit and make my list of clarification questions pretty specific so that I can get it nailed down.
If they reply, I promise to post it and take screen shots of what they tell me via email, because I will request a written verification. It's just crazy and if I have it in writing I'll carry it with me, not that it will do me any good at that moment perhaps, but it will let them know I'll go up the ladder if I have to in order to get some satisfaction for being told otherwise. Not to me mean, but darn, I don't want to go through this hoop jumping each specials week.
