TIPS What to do if you did not get your OYNO Catalina

To make this easier, I have think it would be helpful to have this posted where it is easy to find. I know I was looking for the email address the other day and it took me a few minutes to find it.

The email address is
NCSC@catalinamarketing.com

Send them an email with
-Store name and address
-time you were there
-what you bought
-your name and address

I also like to include that line right below "coupons Tendered" that has the date, time, store number, aisle number, cashier number and transaction number. Looks like this
3/24/10 9:34 AM 0121 33 0008 23


Or you can call (24 hours After your purchase)
1-888-8coupon, option 3


OR you can call Harris Teeter
1-800-432-6111


I have had sucess with all 3. I prefer to email, you can be stuck on hold for a little while with the other 2 options.

If anyone is wondering about speed....I emailed Catalina on Tuesday and got my OYNO cat on Saturday.

i acutally had this problem today at food lion. The printer was out of alignment so it wouldn't print. The manager had to do like a store return and then ring them back up without any money exchanged and voila the catalina reprinted.

Just wanted to mention that I've had much better luck with emailing Catalina with the details of what should have printed and my receipt information than I have had by calling them. The last time I called about a missed cat, it was 8+ weeks before they sent it to me. But, I didn't get a cat at K-Mart during their doubles a couple of months ago and I received it within about 10 days after sending the email.

Also, you might want to talk to the customer service desk at HT if you notice it before you leave the store. If it's an advertised promotion and they have something to review and verify it, I've had them to just give me cash out of the drawer before (not sure if this is might be against any policies or anything). The tricky part is that often, HT will not have anything in the ad or any signage for the cat deals, so it's hard to complain about not receiving something when there's no documentation stating that the deal exists.
