HAPPY DANCE March 24 ~ post your teeter brags!

I thought it would be fun since we all anticipated this week with such a level of excitement, to take photos or list your brag. We can start a new thread for each date of the week? I think it would be awesome

I'll go first - yes, I took the advice and went before 7am And believe it or not, they were out of some of the good things already

My photo speaks for itself, including the totals received/paid.

Default Post your triples brags here!

Alright, I'm sure many of you have already made your first stop to HT for triples in the wee small hours of the morning. I know I did!

I split my order into 3 transactions b/c of the McCormick deal. Using 20 coupons, I bought the following:

    3 McCormick parsley flakes
    3 McCormick cinnamon
    3 McCormick chili powders
    1 20 oz. Coke Zero
    6 boxes of Barilla Piccolini
4 bottles of Newman's Own Organic Low Fat Asian dressing

    Total spent: 31 cents
    Total saved: 42.38
AND earned $7.50 in OYNO Cat's.

    I love it!

Here's my list o' loot for the day :

    (3) McCormick Cinnamon (free)
    (3) McCormick Vanilla extract (free)
    (3) McCormick Chili Powder (free)
    (3) McCormick Paprika (free)
    (1) McCormick Oregano (free)
    (1) McCormick Cumin (free)
    (1) McCormick Thyme (free)
    (3) Shamrock Milk, 12 oz (free)
    (2) Dole All Fruit @ .25/jar

I did 4 separate transactions and got the $2.50 OYNO McCormick catalina for each one. Total OOP for all, including tax, was .96. I plan on going back tomorrow and using three of the McCormick catalinas to pay the after coupon OOP on the (7) Kellogg's cereal so I can get the (3) free gallons of milk.

(Before anyone starts tsk-tsking me, my store interprets the coupon policy as being three coupons per like ITEM, as it is written on the HT website. They also allow me to do up to (5) transactions a day so my coupon usage today is within the stated HT coupon policy on their website.)
Wow, how wonderful you can do that! Although I didn't have a slew of coupons for the McCormick deal. I had a lady in front of me with two school age boys (elementary level) and she had three carts, each one rung up differently and she used phone number instead of key fobs for her VIC number. Ok, what I'm trying to figure out is how she did that...I mean, who has a VIC account they won't be using during triples

And I kept wondering about her kids being in the store before 6:30am and having to go to school too? Felt bad for the kids

That's a FABULOUS trip! I only had 10 papers from 3/14 so I've made some last minute trades for more McCormicks. I'm hoping they'll (a) get here before this coming Wednesday and (b) the stores won't be completely out of all $2.25 or less McCormick spices!

Great idea on using the Cat's to get free milk! I may have to copy that one!

Yikes! I went before hubby left for work so I wouldn't have to drag the kiddos in so early in the morning. That's just cruel! Was she getting more than 20 items? I think most HT's really work hard to police the 20 per day limit when it comes to a triples event.
