Thumbs Up I read the HT rules & they accept OYNO coupons from other stores, so maybe SD is a good way to use the Pillsbury catalinas from last week's sale

I read the HT rules & they accept OYNO coupons from other stores, so maybe SD is a good way to use the Pillsbury catalinas from last week's sale (Lowe's Foods).
It was a $4 catalina and it will let me get a gallon of Hunter's milk for $2.47 and an extra $1.53 toward a SD deal.

I have not had any problem using OYNO coupons from competitors, but I believe the wording on their competitor coupon acceptance policy has gotten even more specific (or maybe I didn't read it carefully when they first changed it?), so that technically, they could stop accepting them. Some stores are much more restrictive than others.
However, like I said, that hasn't been an issue at any of my stores.
I use them all the time.

Competitor’s Coupons
  • We gladly accept local competitors’ circular or direct-mail coupons for MONEY OFF THE TOTAL ORDER; we do not take competitor’s coupons for money off specific items.
  • We do not accept any internet coupons from other retailers.

my coupon is worded: save $4.00 on your next shopping order.

so, it seems my coupon satisfies their rules. now if I can only get my total order to be $4.00 or $4.01.........

Yep. It does satisfy the wording of "Money off total order"
I was just pointing out that their policy leaves it open for stores to be very restrictive on what they accept, and the OYNO coupons do not come from a circular or direct mail source.
I haven't seen anyone post that they haven't been able to use one, I'm just aware that HT (just like all stores) tends to be a tad inconsistent, and you never know when they might pull the rug out from under you.
If the policy were firmly adhered to, they wouldn't accept them.

my HT even takes walgreens OYNO's as they state clearly "manufacturer coupons' but PLEASE ask before using !

I was afraid to post here as I didn't want to break any rules/Also I received a 10/50 lowes food coupons (4 for the month) which they do gladly take.

Many HT's will accept OYNO catalina coupons b/c most of those coupons are NOT competitor's coupons - they are usually manufacturer's coupons that will scan readily at the register w/o requiring a manual entry/override. Being that they are normally manufacturer's coupons, they do not fall under the 'direct mail or circular' wording b/c they are not competitor's coupons to begin with. Some stores do interpret differently, though.

I wish I could get an authoritative answer on whether or not HT gets reimbursed for the Wags RR. I have been told by one store that they do not, but the other stores in my area continue to take them.
I'd rather not use them at HT if they don't get reimbursed, but if they do, I'll be happy, and a happier Wags customer at the same time! They are so easy to use at HT.
