I was thinking, if the Del Monte vegetables were $1.49 each then that is 5 cans for $2.98 = .596 cents each = not so good a deal, when the store brands are often on sale for 3 for $1.00.
Anyone know the price on the vegetables?
Any coupons out there off one item?

They are 4/$5 at my store. Print a $1/4 Q . You have to register and then you will get the coupon.

$2.50-$1=1.50/5=.30/can

I got 10 cans and my receipt shows:

$1.23 each

3 @ 1.23 = 3.69
4 @ 1.23 = 4.92
3 @ 1.23 = 3.69
2 @ 1.23 = 2.46-
2 @ 1.23 = 2.46-
2 @ 1.23 = 2.46-

total = $4.92 - $1/4 IP = $3.92/10 cans of veggies or $0.392 each

of course my expectation was different as the express lane shows that each can is $0.89 for my area....not sure whats with the discrepancy.

I'll check today at my store. I have two HT and I have seen different prices, same product, at different stores. With the two stores within 7 miles of each other, I think their prices should be the same......

Same for me - checked Express Lane - $.89 ~~ receipt shows $1.09

No -- Express Lane is where you can order groceries online & arrange a pickup at the store. I use it to check prices/sales. There is a discrepancy between the price shown for Express Lane & the store where I made my purchase even though the stores are less than 5 miles apart.

so far in this thread, we have them at $1.09, and someone else had them 4 for $5 = $1.25.
I'll check mine tomorrow.

mine, at one store, were 4 for $5 and $1/4 = 30 cents each using EBT (no tax)

I did it tonight and bought 5 creamed corn. They were $1.25 each. I used the printable, it beeped and then it was pushed through. So it was 30 cents each :) Love my HT!!!
