How many like coupons can you use if you don't double them?

Why is it they have different rules at different stores and no two cashiers or managers have the same policy. It seems to be very flexible according to who you are and who your manager of the day is, and who your cashier is, and what the weather is like. Mine isn't very coupon friendly anyway and loves to change His rules every now and again. Sigh, too much drama for me.

Well, as I understand it, there ARE rules that every HT should follow.....it is just that even the managers don't seem to understand them well.
