Harris Teeter ~ Question: Coupons not Doubling?

Anyone else have this problem? When I went today, NONE of my coupons doubled! Not a one. They know me and overrided them all, and they called VIC service and they had no idea either. Yesterday was just fine. A hassle and worries me that my store will start to think I'm being hinky, but at least I did get my deal done.

Mine doubled fine - except for 2 IP's - however, later I realized that I picked up the wrong product for that one.

My store had trouble all day, per the manager, with the Bounty coupons not doubling.

What if some other person gave your phone # instead of scanning a card so they could do an extra shop today? Then when you go, they fail to double because the system shows you already used 20 coupons.....
Anyone think that could happen?

I even brought that up to them! My ladies said they would know because they know my name that prints on the receipt, but there were cashiers on that didn't know me. But they did call VIC and they didn't say I was over limit...so I dunno.
