Harris Teeter ~ Question: 1off lance cracker coupon

There are 2 coupons on lance website.

1off 10% mini cracker (price $2.5)
1off cracker (price $2)

Tonight when I tried to use the 1off cracker (price $2), it caused the system broke down. Any one has the same problem using this coupon?

I printed the $1 of any 8 pack and had no problem using them... numerous times! :-)

I know this sounds weird but whenever mine does that, I hit the back arrow and it resets somehow and prints. Worth a try :)
