FYI Competitor Coupons List ~ 2010

Hi,

I have compiled an UPDATED Competitor Coupon List below. Feel free to add your own "deals". Also, the coupons are cross-referenced on the appropriate stores/retailers threads. Remember "think outside the coupon box" for using these Competitor Coupons. Check out stores' websites for details. You may have to register/sign-up for coupons, etc.

For example, Office Depot/Staples for school supplies/office supplies at HT, hardware/home centers for batteries, household cleaning products, electrical supplies, etc., Toys R Us/Babies R Us for diapers, formula, etc.. Of course, it maybe YMMV. Just check with your stores.

Hope this helps--

Foodie

Below are Competitor Coupons List--

World Market $10/$30 Expires 01//10/10

Office Depot $10/$50 Expires 01/09/10

Have you tried any of these?
I would be very surprised if HT considered any of those retailers competitors.....
The only possible ones might be CVS or RA, but keep in mind that the competitor coupons must not be printables:
Competitor’s Coupons
  • We gladly accept local competitors’ circular or direct-mail coupons for MONEY OFF THE TOTAL ORDER; we do not take competitor’s coupons for money off specific items.
  • We do not accept any internet coupons from other retailers.

Yes, World Market was accepted because they sell gourmet foods, coffee, etc. Ask the managers (store--not "white shirts"). I have used them before.

They usually allow me to do separate transactions to use the $/$$ coupons.

YMMV--

I had to edit the OP since HT only accepts $/$ qs from circular or direct mail. We can not post about using IP coupons.

For those in the Charlotte NC area, there are a couple in the Citipass and Entertainment coupon books:
Citipass:
Bil Lo $10/50
BiLo $10/100
Home Economist $12/50 (They changed their name and I can't remember it right now. HT at Central/Plaza accepts this one.)

Entertainment:
BiLo 10% off

At my HT using the World Market circular is a YMMV (your MANAGER may vary). I have asked at customer service and was told that they DO accept the coupon, but some managers don't want to put them through... yesterday the manager said they do not accept the World Market $ off the total but that she would put it through anyway, this one time. I use those almost every week at HT and it really just depends on the manager, but it's not really worth the stress of waiting for the manager to come over and put it through...

Hot Button re: Competitor Coupons List ~ 2010

UPDATE--I received in my DIRECT mail this week inside the Red Plum inserts some new World Market store coupons. The store coupons were inside the grocery store circulars and a Don Pablos Mexican Restaurant coupon. These are coupons mailed to me in a World Market store circular. These are NOT IP(s) but DIRECT mail circular coupons.

You may wish to sign-up on their web site for email offers and store locations. World Market sells gourmet foods, coffee, tea, beer, wine, etc. Web site is below--

Home Furnishings, Home Décor and Living Room Furniture at World Market (World Market's site/info.)

Also, I posted on the forum "National Chain Stores..." under the thread "Other Chain Stores..." details about the World Market coupons.

You may not be able to use some of the coupons; but the $/$$ I thought would be of interest here. For the other coupons, check out the "National Chain Stores..." forum for details.

One coupon is for $10/$30 purchase. Valid 02/22/10 to 03/14/10.

Hope this helps--

This has been my experience almost exactly.

For a while I had good luck using World Market $/$$ coupons. I always checked at CS prior to getting in line. Then, of course they beep and the cashier has to call the manger over, who may or may not be the same person I talked to at CS.

Usually they put them through (just to get rid of me I think) but it because really stressful to have to deal with that every single time I went to HT, so I gave up.
