What is Penguin? Tell ME!!!

It's like a 4ft tall card board cut out the shape of a penguin and has plenty of tearpad coupons stuck on it!!! Usually found around the refrigerated/frozen section of the store. And it comes back like 3-4 times a year!!! Go get the coupons! To those of you who shop at Arboretum HT, the penguin is by refrigerated section, back of the store, like the end cap where they put the yogurts, pie crust, biscuits that are on sale, right in front of the milk refrigerator!
