I just had to post this because it is the neatest thing. Our HT is moving across the street and having their grand opening on Wednesday. Well today when I went in there were flyers next to the weekly ads that said this.

"Get $20 OYNO for every prescription filled or refilled between Dec 9th and Mar 30th." It specifically says there is no limit to the number of $20 rewards a VIC household can earn.

I am so happy, I transfer my prescriptions all over the place every month to earn the $20 or $25 gift card promotions...now I can transfer them to HT in Dec...and earn rewards for 4 months without having to transfer them somewhere else!!!! What a time savings for 4 months!

Jen or anyone who has experienced this...how exactly does it work?

I understand it sits on your VIC card until your next purchase. What if your next purchase is under $20; does it just sit till the next one? what if your precoupons was over $20 but after coupons it is less than $20.

The $20 comes off the first AFTER COUPONS order that is over $20. And you do have to use it in a specified time (1 or 2 months as I recall).

Also, get your prescriptions in fast so that you can get the offer on the refills too. I waited too long to put in a 90-day prescription, and the next refill was not available until 4 days after the offer expired. :sad: I was sooooooo mad at myself. But it was a money maker for sure. My prescription was only 12.99 for the 90-day supply, and I got the $20. So, I guess that I should not complain. But it could have been soooooo much better.

I was wondering if I could just buy a $20 GC in my next transaction instead of groceries and then I wouldn't have to worry about which transaction it was going to come off of. I can't even remember my last transaction over $20.

My parents and I both got the grand opening coupons in the mail. 4 coupons for $10/$50 spread over 4 weeks. They don't specifically exclude GCs, so I am hoping to buy $50 gift cards with them because my OOP is never $50.

Haven't heard about anything else...

yea i got those too and was trying to think how'd i could use them...i didn't think of GC's (thanks for that idea!!) oh well at least we have a new store...hopefully we'll be able to let go of our carts now without them rolling away...LOL

Too funny...I hate that line too...avoided it because my child would roll away with the buggy:(

Went this morning and it was soooooo busy at 8am. I had to do a really quick trip b/c of needing to be at work. Really nice store and I am amazed at how many choices they have! The yogurt just kept going and going...I got overwelmed and didn't by any.
