My 4-day sale ad in my weekly shopper email said NOTHING about buy $25 worth of stuff to get the turkey on sale for .59lb. I am printing it off and if I get to the store and they try to tell me that GARBAGE about spending $25 I will I tell them it is not in the ad online so they have to honor it or I am getting corporate on the phone.

I bet it will ring up .59lb no matter if you buy the $25 worth of stuff. And what if you buy a gift card? I just looked at flyer format and it says with an additional $25 purchase. Well I spent that last week so could that count?

I will email corporate and find out what they are going to do about it. Post when I get a response.

FYI--the Bertolli frozen dinner meals that are on sale for $5.99 each are part of the $$ off of $ deal.

I decided to splurge and use my 3 coupons on these meals since my picky 20-month old devours them. I had a $2 off q and 2 $1 off q's. When I arrived at the freezer, someone had placed their $1 off q next to the meals so I decided to buy 4. Thank goodness I did because it put my pre-coupon total above $20. I received the $7 Unilever CAT for my purchase (did not buy any other qualifying items). I hope this helps with some of your scenarios.

Guess this also answers the question about whether the cat is based on sale price or regular price. If it was based on regular price, you would have gotten the $10 cat. Thanks~
