Honestly I can't believe they sent him 75 cases (12 in a case), I think he was kinda surpirsed too....
But really, they have a sale where they are ENCOURAGING You to buy 5, doesn't it make sense to DROP SHIP (meaning they automatically send all stores a certain amount of cases even if they didn't order) them so everyone has them rather than having to deal out the Rain Checks or deal with customers that are annoyed with the fact that they are out?

Everyone I walked past had atleast 5 boxes in thier cart.


Now to figure out what is for lunch.

I had a rough trip because I had to take my boys with me, and i didn't have a good backup plan. At 10:30, there were NO Warm Delights, 2 15 count Pizza Rolls, and 1 box of Whole Grain Barilla that wasn't spaghetti.

So, then I had to figure out it it was worth it to do the 15 item GM deal, but I ended up adding some things DH likes but I don't normally get.

Anyway, here's what I got:
5 Green Giant veggies - $.50 x 3
2 Pillsbury Simply cookies - $.55 x 2
1 Yoplait Delights - $1
1 Gold Medal unbleached flour
1 Fiber one bars - $.40
2 Chex Mix - $.50 x 2

I was a little frustrated that the GG CAT didn't print after it took me so long in the store. I seem to have this issue a lot at our store, but I never know what to do about it.

I think I'm tapped for the 15 deal as I've exhausted my Old El Paso printables today and don't really need too many of the other options... may just keep getting 5 Green Giants throughout triples and rolling the CAT.

My trip was an adventure.
The checkout line I was in was not giving receipts.
We moved to another. Then the credit card machine failed to work, so I had to go to customer service with my buggy and bagged items. Finally got checked out.
I went to the car wondering why my total was so high. They had charged me $1.29 for the powerade when the price tag said 5 for $5.
There were no powerade on the juice-drink isle.
They were on an end cap and 5 for $5. The CS person removed the tag and gave me a cash refund of $1.76. The sale must have ended already.

4 diet mountain dew singles
6 powerade
1 yellow, medium sized banana
2 log cabin syrup
oop $3.03

In this case I would have gone to Customer service and gotten my money. It clearly states it in the ad that you should get one.

I contacted Catalina about a the $10 MIR that didn't print. I sent them the faxed copy of my receipt yet it took them TWO WHOLE WEEKS to send me my EXPIRED MIR catalina. Letter was dated 8/17 needed to be mailed by 8/13-even said it on the front of the catalina.
