I got the simply asia noodle bowls they were 3.99 but they were b1g1f and they let me use the .50 coupons so they were only .99 for 2.

Ok so it is like 8am in the morning and some young college student tells me that the cashiers up front will not let her double or tripple coupons that say DO NOT DOUBLE OR TRIPPLE. Now the two older cashiers are mean and feisty so I believed her. I am not sure if she is telling the truth, but luckily there was a third younger cashier there and I waited to be checked out by her while the older ladies were empty. Anyways, if a cashier ever manually enters your coupons that say DO NOT DOUBLE OR DO NOT TRIPPLE you can scream discrimination since they arent manually entering in everyones they can't manually enter yours. This is something I thought up while steaming through the store mad about IF they change the way coupons are rung up at my HT I will no longer be able to get free stuff. Hope that helps if anyone one runs into some mean and feisty cashiers that are just trying to stop the free stuff from rolling.

If the coupon clearly states Do Not Double then they have the option of manually entering it and not allowing it to double. They are not doing anything wrong. PLEASE do not complain about this! If people start screaming discrimination and calling corporate and whatnot it is all the more incentive for them to stop having triples at all - or possibly even doubling. It may be frustrating to you and I can understand that but, again, they are NOT doing anything wrong! They are abiding by the wording on the coupon. Some cashiers choose to pull those out and manually enter them and some do not, it is simply how it is. But, let me again say PLEASE do not complain to anyone at the store or corporate about this as it will just make a scene and they are NOT going to force the cashier to double a coupon that clearly states not to.

I have read several posts on here in the HT thread about people being upset/irked because their "do not double" coupons were not being doubled/tripled even though the UPC started with a 5. I have to say I am a little concerned that if we make a fuss about this that HT may decide to do away with the triples and the Super Doubles. I don't like that some of these coupons are not doubling, but honestly, HT is out to make a profit and doubling/tripling those coupons eats into their bottom line. I am so thankful for the triples and super doubles. Around here they are the only one who does this. Hope I didn't offend or upset anyone---definitely not my intent.

don't they eat the cost of double/tripling anyway? I don't see how it makes a difference (not that I complain if a cashier catches a dnd and stops it, because I still appreciate gettin the great deals I do)

I went there and my catalina printed out fine, and they took off the $5 for the gm deal fine as well (although I found one last warm delight...those things are gone FAST :hectic1:)

Yes, they do, I didn't know that and have since edited my post. I am glad, too, for the good deals----we sure need them in this economy!

I'm so glad you didn't have any problems with the cat or the $5/15! I think I might go to that store tomorrow. My kids love to ride Harry the Dragon anyway. Maybe they'll be okay with me dragging them out for triples again if I bribe them with a dragon ride! Thanks for sharing!

Thank you, that is exactly what I was trying to clear up! I'll just save that one for my cvs shopping, cause I still have a number of deals I can get even without being able to use IP. I was pleasantly surprised.
