Definitely ... I do it all the time.
Tip ... don't microwave it in the bag to thaw ... when it's frozen, you can take it out, but in a bowl, then microwave ... much easier than trying to squeeze out of the bag!
Just tried some of the free salsa I scored during super doubles and it was a big hit with the family. Anyone know if you can freeze this stuff?? If you can, I'll be sure to use the rest of my qs before super doubles ends.

oh yes! HEB had these in a deal, DH thought i was nuts with all that i came home with. now im not too cray when we always have something to take to parties and get togethers. woo hoo. freezing is your friend.
Yes I have frozen both the Guac and Salsa.
The Guac I have thawed and used a bunch without any problems. (and learned that the bag is a pain and easier to get rid of the plastic before I microwave)
I just looked at the Salsa in my freezer .. seems to freeze ok .. didn't expand and break the 'bowl' it's in. I haven't thawed one of these yet, so I can't offer anything on that front .. but I can't imagine it would be a problem.
The guacamole actually has a "use by freeze by" date on it,the salsa doesn't. BUT as much as I have in the fridge I need to freeze some,I have to eat off some Blue Bunny ice cream cones first to make room!
I have a bunch of salsa that I froze...comes out watery when you defrost it. I've heard to drain it or add a can of tomatoes to it--will have to try when I defrost another one!
