It depends on the wording of the second coupon.
If it says "save $2 on Capri Sun and Chips Ahoy" - no. The coupon will attach to both items and one already has a coupon attached to it.
If it says "save $2 on Chips Ahoy wyb Capri Sun" - yes. The coupon will attach to the Chips Ahoy instead of hitting Capri Sun again.
If it says "save $2 on Capri Sun wyb Chips Ahoy" - no, because the coupon will attach to the Capri Sun for a second time.

I don't have the coupon in front of me and didn't read the wording as close as clippyclippy's example, but it worked fine for me today. I bought 2 Caprisuns and 2 Nabisco snack packs and used 2 Caprisun coupons and 2 caprisun/Nabisco coupons. I hope I didn't do it wrong, but nothing beeped so I am am going to assume I used them correctly.
