Harris Teeter ~ Other: Harris Teeter: no more early preview ad

I whent in today to get next weeks ad and was told they had a memo from corp that they can no longer give out ad until 12am Wed morning so much for the sneek peeks in my area hope some of you have better luck

It's nice to have it early in case I need to order coupons.

oh no. it was great the preview - i'd get all my coupons ready the night before.

You would think with the economy the way it is, that HT would WANT your business:shrug7:. I only HT when I happen to be in Nashville for family get togethers and then I either go early and shop, or go late after the family affair.

I've always been able to pick up a Publix ad at my closest store on Monday afternoons, as it comes on the produce truck (for the sale that starts on Wednesday).

I can try....I have a friend whose husband is a manager in an unnamed dept at a harris teeter.

That stinks I really enjoy getting the sale ad early so I can look everything over. I like to prepare my list on Tue during the day and get everything on Wed. I love harris tetter they are one of my favorite stores. I won't buy stuff there unless it is on sale and I have a coupon to go with with it. They reg price stuff is way to expensive for me.

The AD comes in my Tuesday paper...I wonder if that will continue?

We get all of the grocery ads in our local Tuesday paper too. I hope that is still the case, but I am guessing it will be. For a few weeks, HT did not put their ad in our paper but FL and Lowes did. There were so many complaints about it, that they started putting them back in. (It was initially supposed to be a cost cutting measure according to the paper and HT here).
