QUESTION Using VIC card for 2 orders each with 10 coupons

Does anyone know if this will work?

I have some rebate items I want to purchase as part of the 'super doubles'

So I'd like to do one transaction with 10 items (1 being for a rebate) and another transaction (on the same day) with 10 items (1 being for a different rebate)

Is the computer smart enough to know I only used 10 coupons the first time, and I have 10 more I can use with the next transaction?

Or once I swipe my card once, is it 'flagged' as being used and I won't be able to do any more doubling that day?

Thanks!

You should be able to do this since you are using 20 coupons.

It's never been a problem for me in the past. The cashiers at my stores are always willing to split orders, and the computer has never given me problems.

Michelle what I would do is bring my receipt from the first trip into the second store. If the computer flags you I would show customer service that you used on 10 coupons and would like to use another 10. Or you could call customer service (800) is on the back on your VIC card.

I hope someone tests this theory today and posts because I would like to know. My store was well stocked this am so I got my 20 and didn't have to go to another store.

I did a separate transaction (at the same store...back-to-back). The first transaction had 19 items and the second had 1 item (so I could get my pert plus for men free since they were BOGO and I had 2 coupons that I wanted to use!). The computer and cashier were fine and it worked for me! HTH.

I did 3 separate transactions with a total of 20 coupons today b/c of rebates and didn't have a problem (but I just realized this second that I gave 2 Pert Plus qs and they were B1G1 - Ugh! No wonder my total seemed a little off.)

I thought this was a ymmv thing. Being cashier enforced as opposed to register. Since they ring up half price it should take 2 coupons unless a cashier catches it and tells you you can't. Not saying you should but your totals being off shouldn't have come from this. Or has it changed?

HT's coupon policy clearly states only one coupon allowed per bogo deal - regardless of how they ring up.
